    Hi, I’ve been training for around 4 months. In this time I’ve been hopping on different programs because I think one will be better than another. I know this is bad. However can you recommend a program with a split. I can train everyday other than Saturday. I know your meant to pick the best one that you can stick to but please can you give me an idea. My main goal is to get bigger and put on muscle

    Do the PPL and get it 6 days a week with Saturday as an “active” rest day or whatever.
