Hello friends! I’ve been looking forward to starting one of Joe’s programs for a while now, but have been keeping it until after my holidays.
I had been planning to stay consistent while on holidays in Greece, however, things didn’t go according to plan, and I ended up stopping training for around 5 weeks, with a poor diet and a lot of alcohol. (I had been consistently training for 2 years before that, 5-6 times per week).
now I estimate body fat % to have increased from around 12 to 20%. my weight however remained consistent, which I assume means I have lost muscle mass in conjunction. Now to the question:
do you recommend I start again with a Full body program along with some HIIT and fasted Cardio, or should I jump right in with a PPL split? what do u think would be the most productive?
