Last year I was finally doing well with my diet and training, I was going to the gym 5 times a week and managed to get lean (lost 25-30lbs).
Since august I have fallen off with my diet and training, I slowly started skipping the odd day here and there. It has since snowballed and now I’m struggling to stay consistent with my nutrition and can barely get myself to the gym 3 times a week. I have lost some size and gained a bit of fat.
Any tips on how to get the spark back and build that habit again would be massively appreciated, cheers!
I think you should be more disciplined, if you start to see resulsts, you will keep going to the gym, if you really want to achieve your goals in the life, not only in the gym, you have to be disciplined, patient and constant
Have you thought about changing to a different programme, or going to the gym a different time? I used to go to the gym I the evenings (around 7.30pm) and it was always so busy that it started putting me off. So I decided to start going when the gym opens (5.30am) and I wish I’d make the change years ago. I feel that I have more energy to train and it sets me up for the day.
