I’m 17 and really wanted to see what ways I can effectively train my legs and back while having an issue like a herniated disc. My pain started last October, I felt sharp pain on my buttocks and outer calf muscle, and found it very difficult to execute any pulling movements. I quit training legs last November until now but I’m still afraid. What exercises would you guys recommend for me to do on back or leg days?
