I m running a 12 week cycle on bulk.
I m at the middle of the 10.
3 weeks more to push.
Still progressing in quite a lot movements (other no so much). Mainky on the first compound movement.
But there are few sessions that i feel mentally beated by the middle if the workout.
Sleep have been detrimented, but not sure if is for nervous system, stress or maybe for using parabolan can affect….
So my question is: would be optimal make a deload been ON and finishing the therapy?
On the other hand…should i still cranking and limiting gains this 3 weeks?
