High bar squat

    Before this program I mostly low bar squatted because it was easier on my lower back. When I high bar squatted I felt some lower back pain where it felt like I pinched a nerve or something. Is it okay to switch back to low bar squat ? Is it going to not grow my quads as much if I do low bar ?
