Ive been wondering, this is kind of a better alternative to OHP right (exercise in title)? Could I do extra lateral raises aswell to hit the side and face pulls for rear/rotator cuffs or isnt it needed in the beginner full body?
Thanks Bryce. I ask this cause in the FB focker its a high incline bench or normal incline. Would ohp be a better pick then you reckon? (Btw looking forward to your A/B FB when it drops)
Alright thanks, so I could do like extra lateral raises then as pump work to hit the side of the delts then? (rows hit back/rear in a form I think? Then Incline front, the laterals for the complete package)
