Hello,
What resistance weight should I be using per pound of weight? Assuming I am using 2 plates. How should I determine the band to use?
Bumping. I’m following the push pull chest legs split. I currently have Aapozz bands. They are different from the ones in the video. They have clasps and a weight resistance on them. Just giving further information.
