What angle should I be putting the bench ? Joe has some videos where he puts it @ 60-70 degrees and some videos where he puts it steeper @ around 80 degrees.

I think that’s probably generally right Kevin, but it’s much more about your arm angle relative to your torso rather than the angle of the incline on the bench. You could use a multitude of incline angles and still hit either pec or front delts depending on the angle of your upper arm and where the force is being applied
