Hi guys…
When doing the high incline Smith machine press..my gym has the loser life fitness smith with the weird angle…but id like to do them with a dead stop for a split second and standardise that form..however when determining ROM for i find comfortable..the safeties are such that it bottoms out before I’m done my active range and the next peg down puts my well out of that range…o..should I remove the safety and work the extra ROM? Or possible program a neutral grip machine press on another push day that gets me in that arm path?
