Hey Joe and Bryce! My question today is twofold: 1) Joe, how often in your and Terrence’s training do you guys do a heavy working sets for hack squats in a high rep range, meaning around 20 reps? 2) I currently have two leg days per week, and on both of these days I do 3 working sets with hack squats, 6-8 reps, 10-12, then 18-20 rep sets. However, These sets are absolutely brutal and to failure, I’m not sure if I should do the last really high rep squat set every time bc it’s too much for my recovery. Thanks for the input! Just don’t know if this high rep set is something that should only be reserved for an occasional use.
