Hi coach,i want your help! With one of my female client with her weekly program is upper/lower i saw a difference volume when she trained with low reps vs high reps!for exapme when she is squatting for 10 reps for 4 sets the total tonnage is 2100
And when she is squatting for a wave style 6,6,4,4,2,2 the total tonnage is 1650! We can tell that my client have much better adaptation in high reps?What do you believe?
