Not sure. You’ll have to track/measure and see. Generally I do a bit slower of a taper. When I stop dropping body fat from diet drop alone, I then normally start with two cardio sessions. Then just add sessions once those two stop working (I stop dropping weight). So it really just depends. I like a mix as well. Keeping my HIT session around my food – when my glycogen is full. But if I had any recommendation, it may be start with less and taper up. All of adding muscle and dropping bodyfat is about as little stimulus as possible to produce the largest result possible
