Hey Joe. Maybe a dumb question but just wondering, why do a hip dominant squat over just doing an RDL? Obviously the hip dominant squat is more of a “hybrid” movement I guess? More glutes involved but still some quads. Why not just hit an RDL and then something like a hack squat for quads.
Is it a “killing two birds…” kinda thing?
