    Iv been dealing with hip impingement and knee pain from what I think is from a lack of internal rotation. Thoughts on some thing’s I can do to help this.

    I often feel my hips and knee in calf raises and most definitely after a leg session it’s agrovated

    Look at some of the “activations and prep” Joe has in the site. Visit all areas of ROM your hips and knees can get to safely each day.

    Yes, look through some of the lower body preps. Look at everything around the hip. Work on hip internal/external rotation. Train in ranges pain free. These are just places to start. No way to cover every individual issue
