Iv been dealing with hip impingement and knee pain from what I think is from a lack of internal rotation. Thoughts on some thing’s I can do to help this.
I often feel my hips and knee in calf raises and most definitely after a leg session it’s agrovated
Yes, look through some of the lower body preps. Look at everything around the hip. Work on hip internal/external rotation. Train in ranges pain free. These are just places to start. No way to cover every individual issue
