Hey Joe, I noticed you don’t have hip thrusts programmed into workouts, even on the glute focused ones. Is there a reason you don’t use them or recommend them?
Thanks for the reply! That makes total sense that you’re just using a different name. And I understood why it’s not programmed into most programs since it’s not really a male focus but I just didn’t look closely enough in the glute program!
