So I had been cutting for a few months and started coming back up to maintenance 3 weeks ago. Im 5 eleven, 250lbs my base is 2750cals and my cut stopped at 1800cals. Before xmas I was at 2100cals 225g protein. Holidays happened and food fests inevitable, I’m about 14lbs up this morning (prob a lot of it is water). So now my question is, do I keep going up to maintenance which by my plan was to 2300cals on week 4 so thats tomorrow, OR do I stay at 2100 or even go back down for a week or so and start climbing again on January to kinda ecen things up?.
