    I’m currently in a fat loss phase and took the holiday weekend to enjoy myself. I was progressing well but currently up ten pounds. Obviously I know I did not add ten pounds of actual tissue.
    My question is, should I jump back into cardio and my deficit calories? Or should I begin maintenance calories until I’m back to the weight I was prior to cheating?
