Slowly adding pieces to my home gym. Have a few questions regarding options.
1. Want a plate loaded one arm pull down machine. Thinking either Prime (probably expensive), Hammer strength, or Atlantis. (If I can’t find the Nautilus one you guys use) If you had to rank them, how would you rank them?
2. Want to add a leg piece. Would it be overkill to buy a pendulum squat and a hack squat? And if it is, how should I choose which one to get if goal is quad development? Might get a leg press as well. Thinking Atlantis for pendulum and arsenal or cybex for hack machine.
3. Lastly, want to add a Functional trainer. I have been looking a lot into Rep Fitness functional trainer. Not sure if you had any thoughts about them?
