With our first baby almost here im setting up a home gym for convenience, but im unsure of the best leg curl options. I have a dual cable pulley, squat rack, adjustable bench and adjustable db. What are the best ways to train here? I know I can do db lying leg curl, but don’t love that movement. I’m wondering if there is some way to use the cables and do a makeshift lying leg curl?
I do those when I’m stuck working out from home. I set the cable at slightly below bench height and use the HC cuffs on the ankles then a db between the feet to help loading for the initial ROM.
