Hey Joe! Former DILF Maker subscriber and current app user. I’m still working out in my garage gym and was hoping to get your input on some new equipment. Im debating between this leg press attachment (https://www.titan.fitness/racks/rack-accessories/stealth-leg-press/401376.html) or a belt squat attachment for my power rack. Currently following the Anti-Flamingo legs program. Would either of these attachments be better mechanically?
John I’m going out on a limb and guessing you have a Rep rack since you’re looking for a belt squat attachment. I remember there being some issue with range of motion when they first launched that product but I THINK they fixed it. If you go that route I’d take a minute to research and be sure that I’m correct about it having been fixed. It’s on my gym acquisition list, too actually.
You’re correct! I did some research on that and it seems very dependent on the belt used with it and the slack in the adjustable chain. I also dont mind standing on two 45lb bumper plates to get more depth.
