Hello, I am new here. I want to do 2 weeks of recovery phase before starting pec augmentation program. The program is stating 1 set of 5 reps with 2-3 RIR but there is option for add more set at the bottom. Not sure if I should do 2 or 3 sets on each exercise. I did 2 warm up sets and 1 feeder set before the working set (learned this from John Meadows program) Thank you for your time
