I just saw on joes Instagram post about triceps he says he does those same 3-4 tricep exercises 95% of the time.
I’ve also heard many times to do less variants of tricep (or any other muscle group) exercises because you should only be doing the effective ones.
However, I’ve also seen a lot of information about “adaptive resistance” where inevitably you won’t be able to keep the same movements in forever.
My question is, how can you always use the same tricep exercises or ,as a matter of fact, same exercises for any muscle group without having to worry about adaptive resistance? Thanks!
Thanks Bryce! So I can just use the same 3-4 triceps exercise at all times? They won’t get stale?
