This is for my female client who want to achieve a push up.I started training her with incline push up above hip height.What sort of muscle groups should i train her in order to acheive a full B.W push up?Can you give me some advices Joe?
Hey Bryce.. What would your approach be to get to a full bw pull-up… A person i work train wants to do 10 consecutive pull-ups before the end of the year… He can’t do even one… I’m a lil confused as to what approach you’d take… (I usually just make em lose weight and work the lats , upper back until they get strong enough to do a chin up and work from that But i understand this approach would not be the most optimal way)
Hey Bryce, so for chinups/pull-ups and dips , starting with the assistance machine or bands and then progressing in that would be the best way right
