Hey Joe a few questions for you. First, how long did it take you to be a successful personal trainer? How long did it take you to get your first client? Second, I am like you kind of an introvert i wont go out of my way to talk to people in public but in a professional setting “training a client” Im a very friendly outgoing person. My question is how do i kind of ease my first time jitters of holding a consultation and actually having to sit down face to face with someone and talk for 45 minutes to an hour? Also as a template how do you conduct your consultations start to finish? Thanks.

Depends on your definition of “successful”, but I had a solid clientele within 6 months of starting. And have you watched all the videos in Trainers Corner? Between “the close” and “conducting first appointment” I go over most everything you need to know for first appointments
