Hi Joe and Bryce, I’m currently in a 10% calorie deficit for the past 12 weeks and currently sitting at in and around 20% body fat, I want to put on more muscle and do seem to be progressing in my lifts most weeks, my question is at want percentage body fat would you stop being in a calorie deficit and move towards maybe matainenace calories but still in a deficit via cardio, or maybe even a small calorie surplus? No issue being in a calorie deficit but not sure of I’m hitting my head against a brick wall in terms of building muscle a bit quicker if u get me. Thanks
