If doing full body program, how many exercises is too much ? And how many is enough? Is 10-15 good? This way most of the body will be covered
Cuz I believe in the full body focker program – later in the weeks I saw sessions of 10 exercises each
My second part to the question would be: what if I did only set for each exercise (10-15 ) per session? Surely it won’t be as much as if I did 3-4
