How much is too much creatine , what’s a good standard dose ?
5g daily once you reached your saturation, before that you can easily ‚load’ with 10-15g for a week.

How I know that I reached saturation ?
Dont stress it. Usually you will have a reasonable weight increase when you start taking it (assuming your diet is consistant).
Once you dont gain any more bodyweight (water in your muscles) after the initial surge- you’re saturated.
Just load 10-15g for 10-14 days, then 5g forever
