    I have to resort to single leg lying hamstring curls since there is no seated leg curl at my gym. This is the first time I’ve done it single legged and my right leg was able to get more reps than my left. Should I just keep grinding the same weight for both legs until both are able to reach the top range of the prescribed reps? Do I stop my right leg from doing more reps than my left to keep a balance?

    I have same issue rn. Been fixing it recently. Just doing weaker first and doing same reps with stronger leg.
