    Hi guys, lately I’ve been starting become more aware of my shoulder/scapula position when lifting. Is there any videos on how my posture should be whilst lifting?

    When I’m doing upper body exercises my shoulders tend to move around a lot and I have a hard time keeping them back and down (especially pressing).

    Or should I just position my scapula/shoulders to where I feel the most muscle activation? My chest feels a better contraction if I allow my shoulders to protract forward.

    Thank you Joe! This helps a ton, I’ll go checkout the exercise videos and work on form.

    One last thing, should I be trying to externally rotate my shoulders when pressing and other movements? I think I have rounded shoulders so that may be my problem. Cheers Joe!
