Hey there. So in the past months I’ve been putting on some real weight, about 1lbs per week. Also eating 1.2g of protein per lbs bodyweight and sleeping 7-9 hours every night. Training every set RIR0 of course. Well, at least I try to really push myself. Usually I stop the set when I fight the weight with everything I got and it doesn’t move an inch for like 3-5 seconds.

Currently following the PecAugmentation with an extra deltday. My issue is.. I feel like I’m not progressing at all. I’m on the newer side of lifters (started 2 years ago but did lots of things wrong in the beginning) and my numbers on my lifts move up so slowly. Like maybe a rep more after a month. And I have no idea what the issue could be. Too little volume? Too much volume? Something else entirely? Getting kinda frustrated.
