Hey joe I’m about to start my fat loss phase next week and I was wondering how do I go about implementing cardio in my routine? How much cardio would you start off with a client? Could I just count my daily steps and make adjustments to that instead of walking on a treadmill? If so how much of an adjustment do I make to my cardio once I hit a plateau? Would like to know you me input on this.
