I hear this a lot from a lot of bodybuilders
that in order to get that “chiseled” look that you have to train with lots of volume. I know that getting lean enough is the main way to improve muscle striation appearance but using volume? I had a friend of mine who is getting ready for a competition tell me this recently and It’s confused me. I’d appreciate some clarification 🙏🏼. Thank you!
is it true that strength training makes muscles more dense than hypertrophy training?
Read my mind! I was curious about that. That implementing heavier lifting will lead to more myofibrillar growth and lead to a more denser look whereas higher reps and shorter rest periods leads to more sarcoplasmic growth.
