    Good afternoon guys!

I hear this a lot from a lot of bodybuilders
that in order to get that โ€œchiseledโ€ look that you have to train with lots of volume. I know that getting lean enough is the main way to improve muscle striation appearance but using volume? I had a friend of mine who is getting ready for a competition tell me this recently and Itโ€™s confused me. Iโ€™d appreciate some clarification ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ. Thank you!

For the Density part, just to make sure I understood, increasing density means increasing ones muscle size? Because bigger muscles will be denser?

is it true that strength training makes muscles more dense than hypertrophy training?

Read my mind! I was curious about that. That implementing heavier lifting will lead to more myofibrillar growth and lead to a more denser look whereas higher reps and shorter rest periods leads to more sarcoplasmic growth.

So hypertrophy training leads to density(myofibrillar growth) aswell, right?
