    Hi Team,

    Right now I’m only able to train legs due to an upper body injury and wanted to know if going heavy or to failure on my legs 2 times per week is overkill, also not sure if it makes a difference but natty aswell. Thank yall so much
    P.S Love the shit out of this app and the advise I’ve been getting is second to none.
