Sorry if this has been answered but I haven’t been able to find and answer here.

I’ve been following the mi40x program for the past few months and put on a decent amount of muscle in some areas but now I’ve reached the point where I’ve put on too much body fat and looking to cut.

I don’t do well with carbs so I’m going to start doing a low carb, ketoish style diet. About 50 carbs a day.

I like your style of training with supersets and pump work but I’ve heard from Ben pakulski that training this way can actually cause you to loose muscle if you don’t have enough carbs to fuel the muscle. Is there truth to this? And what would be your recommendation on the best way to train on 50 grams of carbs a day with one high carb cheat day?

I’m probably around 20% body fat 200lbs and would like to 12-14% while maintaining or maybe building little but the main goal is fat loss.

I’ve started an upper, lower split with some weight Circuit training 6x a week.

I’m torn because I love the pump!

    Thanks in advance!!
