Participant<p style=”text-align: left;”>hi, joe..

from one side, i want to progressive overload the clinet’s performance but from the other side i want to vary the workouts. how can i track the progress if they do sometimes front squat and a week later goblet squat, sometimes superset of biceps/triceps and sometimes lateral raises..it’s hard to measure if it’s not the same for a period of time..
<p style=”text-align: left;”>additionaly, the first 2 month i give the trainee just squats, deadlifts, bench presses/ etc because i think that a strenght program is great for the beginning… it’s boring as f**k but i thing that this is the most efficient way to track and progress.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>i have learn a lot from you, brad schoenfeld mark cole and other coaches but i feel like the “average ms jones” don’t need all that stuff.. what to do? how to track? how to progress? i think at that point mainly by progress by load…

i’m so confused…June 25, 2020 at 1:06 pm #21241ofir mesika

Participanti watched that video. i understand that the client should feel like he “worked” and all that stuff.. my question is about varing and tracking the progress. like, is it matter if at the push day the client do bench press and 3 days later dumbell flyes? how can i focus on progress that way?
maybe i don’t understand the whole video (english is not my main languige) so sorry if that the case.
