Hello Joe and Bryce. My question is how to manage the training sessions when you have this syndrome. For example if I do lat pull downs and my arm like fall asleep and I can’t hold nothing. Can I do some other exercise to substitute this one which not involve my arm?
CTS typically starts in the shoulder girdle. Work on releasing tension throughout and work your way down towards the hand. You don’t have to be aggressive, since tightness and restriction is what got you there.
Also check for tightness in the pecs, as it can pinch the nerve running down your arm causing it to go numb.
