How would you explain why Crossfit isn’t optimal for gaining muscle?
Wasted a few years doing CrossFit. Good progress in the exercises themselves, got stronger overall, gained some muscle.
Covering some basic health goals…I’m more interested in how I look. CrossFit just accomplishes a different goal. I wish I’d put that time and effort on a better protocol aimed at body composition
