As much as I respect both of these gentlemen I personally quite honestly don’t see any specific need for that. I mean if you just look around you will find a plethora of good training plans that will produce results. The sad reality is this thing called best training program does not exists. At the end of the day the results you get will be measured by how well you can execute and adhere to that plan you are following.

Ya Finn, results can definitely be measured by how well you follow your program, but imagine following that program. Your results might be 2x that compared too the plethora you are talking about. It would be the plethora deluxe program, plus some on point nutrition ad you would be looking meaty & juicy in a few months!April 30, 2020 at 7:51 am #19539Anonymous

Yes, results are measured by how consistently can you execute that plan day after day month after month and so on…
And no offence but if you are in this sport to look for a quick short term solutions I think you’ve chosen a wrong path. Also if you really believe there is some magical program no one’s ever heard about that will double up your rate of muscle gains I think you are either trolling or delusional.
I would go as far as saying, and this is just my own stupid opinion, that 70% “optimal” program with 95% adherence is going to beat 110% optimal program with 50% adherence.
It’s not said for nothing that bodybuilding is a marathon…
