    I can only train three days a week due to shift work family life some once a month only twice a week. What split would u recommend? The only gym that is down here for 20 miles I use doesn’t have any high low rows mainly dumbbells and barbells help

    No 100% right or wrong split. My first thought would be a push, pull, lower. But you could also go total. Or even upper, lower, lagging body part. Literally no right or wrong. Just go with whichever one you enjoy the most
