Just finished 6 weeks of “Pec Augmentation” with an extra back and bi’s a week. Tested out my flat barbell bench today with some progressive overload and hit 315 1RM without a spot. Previous best was 285. I feel augmented in certain ways.

I was doing the prescribed 4 sessions with a 5th day for back and bi’s. Just switched out a few exercises with some variations but similar actions.
