My wife weighs 290lbs we started a lifting program about 2 weeks ago..her macros I have her on is:
1753 total Calories 188g Protein 123g Carbs 57g fat
We lift on: M, T, W, F. Cardio on Th, Sat
I believe she should be losing weight and she is not she did lose 3” waist.
Anything I should be doing differently?
