Curious if there is a significant difference in the amount of meals eaten per day, as long as macro goals are reached. Previously I was eating 4-5 time a day but currently that is extremely difficult for me to do and stay consistent mostly due to my work schedule. Currently I am in a deficit, for at least the next 2 weeks and reaching my daily macros are manageable. My concern is in a few weeks I plan to reverse diet and increase my caloric intake for a clean bulk. Is there a downside to fitting larger meals/ calories into a limited number of meals(3).
