    How do I identify my weak points? I know what my weaker lifts are, but it’s not as obvious to me which muscles are imbalanced.  For instance, my conventional deadlift PR (set in December) is 405, but my squat max in October was 295. Does that = weak quads? If not, how do I go about assessing that?
