I’ve got some imbalances at the moment which make me feel like I am regressing in my training. I think alot of it is stemming from the fact that I have really poor left external rotation in my palm.
It’s caused my left shoulder to be substantially bigger and my left pec I feel to be much smaller. As the shoulder takes all the load.
Any tips on how to correct this?
