How do you guy’s handle imbalances. Ive noticed my right leg is underdeveloped compared to my left. More unilateral exercises?? I’ve also noticed i have a ROM hip flexion deficit on my right.
So would you say a good idea is to do activations with my right hip. Light isometric contractions into my hand. Also starting my leg routine with split squats?!
