    Almost all the programs have 3 pgases with 4 sets then 3 then to 2 with intensity increasing. In your opinion how important is it to go through these phases strictly rather than simply starting with lower volume and high intensity. E.g. i really enjoy lower volume 2/3 sets and to failure or 1 rir but would it be beneficial to incoporate phases wuth lower intensity and higher volume rather than keeping the intensity and volume the same except for deloads
