Hi Joe.
If you are progressing your lifts with good form how concerned should you be about getting a pump?
In the past I have mostly judged the quality of my workouts by how big my pump was instead of whether my lifts were progressing.
This is from being told “bodybuilders are not powerlifters, you need to fill the muscles with blood and nutrients”
In an ideal world, should the “pump” accompany improvements in strength/form or is it not something to be overly concerned about if you are progressing your lifts correctly?
