Hey coach first off I loved the content before but I am really excited for this new format you have created. My question with so much information out there how important is TUT during a working set? I believe Polquin said the 40-70 second range is best for hypertrophy. Is there more benefit lowering the weight and really slowing it down or am I overthinking it and should just concentrate on keeping the form strict and by doing that it should create enough stimulus to grow if I’m going to failure but not necessarily hitting the TUT range mentioned above?
