Getting ready to be in a long grueling baseball season which would include traveling and obviously being pretty busy. One of my big goals is to retain as much size this season as possible or maybe even add some. How would you guys change up workouts at all as far as volume and frequency? Or anything at all. Food is going to be a big one for me as usually in season I lose a lot of weight. I want to still feel like I’m filling out my uniform when I play this year 😅😂 thank you for everything !
